Product Description
Factory supply submerged welding flux arc sj609 with best quality
Welding Flux SJ609 is a type of alkaline agglomerated flux special for welding of austenitic stainless steels, gray white spherical grains in appearance.
Description and Applications
Welding Flux SJ609 is a type of alkaline agglomerated flux special for welding of austenitic stainless steels, gray white spherical grains in appearance. Its grain size is 2.0-0.28mm (10-60 meshes). Welding Flux SJ609 is suitable for use with DC power; filler wires connect with Positive Electrode. With low sensitivity towards arc below, the flux provides very good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removal. Welding Flux SJ609 is also applied to welding of stainless steels with titanium content.
Combined with austenitic stainless steel wires (e.g. H0Cr21Nil0, H0Cr21Nil0Ti), the flux is widely used in welding of austenitic stainless steels, and the corresponding grade structures of low temperature steels for shipbuilding and acid-resisting stainless steels.
