SJ602 is a type of agglomerated flux for electro-slag strip overlay welding(ESW),fine powdery grains in appearance.SJ602 is suitable for use with DC power of flat charactecistics for surfacing.

Description and Application:
SJ602 is a type of agglomerated flux for electro-slag strip overlay welding(ESW),fine powdery grains in appearance.SJ602 is suitable for use with DC power of flat charactecistics for surfacing.With stable electro slag welding process,the flux provides good weld bead appearance and excellent slag removel.Additional feathers are good weld ability between the weld ability between the weld bead,no carbon generated and less burning loss of chromium.

Usage:
SJ602 is suitable for electro slag overlay welding combining with strips of 30-70mm wide.In combination with appropriate strips such as H00Cr24Ni12,H00Cr20Ni10Nb,H00Cr19Ni12Mo2,etc.,the flux is able to use in the surfacing of nuclear vessels,hydrogenation reactors,pressure vessels and other corrosion resistant stainless steels,and is also to used in the surfacing of wire electrode.
