Packaging & Shipping
Most of the machine are fully assembled in Reignmac factory,so just open the package,remove the lubrication grease and get power connected. For other machines, the main parts are well assembled, you might need to install some parts which are easy to install and our engineer will contact with you to install.

9.How does your factory do regarding quality control ?
Our quality inspections will take quality control of each production process and test the machine by wood workpiece . The detailed production and inspection pictures of products will be sent to you during the production process. We guarantee each product must be 100% inspected for your confirmation before delivery. Also, you can come to our factory to make an inspection before shipment. When you are satisfied with the product and make the payment, then we will make the shipment.
10.How to install and operate the machine?
Most of the machine are fully assembled in Reignmac factory, so just open the package ,remove the lubrication grease and get power connected. For other machines, the main parts are well assembled, you might need to install some parts which are easy to install and our engineer will contact with you to install . about operate the machine, we have operation instructions for you. So do not worry about this, our engineers might go abroad and running for you if necessary ,all installation fee will be payable by customer ,include round ticket ,hotel,food ,translator abroad ect.
