2.Material -- Each part of the machine is made by stainless steel 304, higher anti-corrosive quality and more stability.-- Use the Non-shatterable nanometer glass to guarantee the stability in transportation and in using process.
Old New 3.Detailed parts-- The plate column is changed from fixed columns to adjustable style, aim to adjust the height freely.-- Add an air blowing port before bottle feeding to strengthen the smoothness of the bottle feeding.-- Add the flanged valve to make the operation more convenient.-- The washing pipe is changed from plastic material to stainless steel 304, increasing the cleaning and its serving life.--The filling head adopts originally Italian imported screw cap--The inner part of filling head is U-ring to improve the leakproofness.--The filling cylinder is double sized of before, adding the pressure to increase the filling speed.--The capping head is larger and higher than before to strengthen the capping precision -- The rotating stop knife is quenched, to enhances the abrasion resistant.-- In bottle feeding process of washing, filling and capping, add the baffle to Prevent bottle deformation.-- Add the check valve cap in cap loader process, to prevent the stuck cap affect the process of cap loading.-- The conveyor part adopt the lasted high quality material, it is very smooth and it can prevent the bottle falling down.-- The connect wheel between capping part and bottle conveyor is more smooth, aims to protect bottles.-- The bottle dry is improved a lot. It adopts the Non-shatterable nanometer glass to guarantee the stability in transportation and in using process.
