In case the quality/quantity/weight are found by the Buyer not to conform with the contract after arrival of the goods at the final destination port, the Buyer may lodge a claim against the Seller supported by a survey report issued by an inspection organization agreed upon by both parties with the exception of those claims for which the insurance company /or the shipping company are to be held responsible.
Claim for quality/quantity/weight discrepancy should be filed by the Buyer within 7 days after arrival of the goods at the final destination port.
