Forest for sale located in Vaslui County, with an area of 1.062,2 Ha, merged 100%. It is situated on an average sinuous side at an altitude of 100 - 300 m, with a gradient of 1 up to 30 degrees, having multiple entries, being crossed by a national road, a county one, an earth road and many forestry roads, also by the railway.
The forest is made of: 42% Common oak, 36% Lime, 14% Ash, 5% Hard mixes and 3% Hornbeam, the average age is 54 years, with a total volume of 251.000 cm, and an annual growth rate of 8.074 cm. From the 1.400 Ha, there are 44% in the 1st group and 56% in the 2nd. Considering the exploitation class, 32% belong to the 2nd, 48% belong to the 3rd, 17% belong to the 4th and 3% are in the 5th. Annual exploitation could bring about 190 cm of main products, 1.520 cm of the secondary (cleaning and thinning) and 420 cm from brushing, with a total volume of 1.230 cm. According to the Forest management, between 2008 - 2010 there were made isolations, clear cuttings, brushings and clean cuttings, with a total volume of 6.446 cm of timber, remaining for extraction about 14.785 cm by 2017.
The growing stock is made from 2 hunting supplies which has the rabbit as a basic chase, and the roebuck, wild boar and pheasant as a second one. Besides the timber and the hunting, there are forest fruits, eatable mushrooms and nectarious lime products to collect, which is about 430 Ha.
Legally, it has Land registration, Tabulation and Forest management available until 2017.
