First of all, our chairs are made by solid ash wood for legs and full thick solid wood on the seat with Sshape strong steel spring, not the cheap bearing band, so it is rearly to have trouble on our chair. And we provide replacement or money refund for customers if really there is a quality problem happened. The time of quality warranty is 3 years after the delivery..
