Product Description
This rotational molding machine has three arm. The oven diameter is 1.6m, the rotation diameter is 1.2m. Our machine adopt the hot air cycle. The advantages of hot air cycle is as below:

First: when we make the product, the open flame heat directly the mold surface, will destroy the molecular structure of PE material, so lower the product quality. If it is hot air cycle, will not destroy the molecular structure of PE material, so the product quality will high.
Second: our burner adopt the PID control, the temperature rise rapidly( the mold surface temperature will arrive at 300 degree within 3-5mins), so will reduce the heating time and improve the production efficiency.

The arm of our machine is fully sealing, so the driving parts of the arm inner will not be effected by the high temperature, so the use life of the arm is long.
