Germany precise bearing and cutting knife assure the high cutting precision. And the touch screen makes the operation easy. The anti-curve rack assures the paper flat. 1. Paper Rack:
PAPER RACK:
*Max. scroll diameter:1800mm(71”)

*the diameter of the paper tube:3,6”or 12”;
*oil hydraulic drive:
1.The clamp arms’ open & close, moving forward &backward, driven by oil hydraulic cylinder. 2.The clamp arms lift,driven by the oil hydraulic cylinder.
*with air brake clutch system, if adopt the automatic brake csystem, it is optional;
*Web lead roller and the related kickstand.
*tension control system: pneumatic tension control,adjust the pneumatic arm by lead roller inorder to adjust brake;

*oil pressure type, it adopts accurate sensor, let the oil pressure driving;
2. Paper cutter unit
Anti-curve unit:
*Mode:it adopts motor driving, high speed adjustment;
*anti-curve device:auti-curve roller (with patent design), deal with anti-curve effectively
Paper pre-press unit:
*it adopt electric control, let it joging, and make the up roller and down roller to open and close,feeding the paper at the suitable place, reduce the paper crumple

Slitting knife ( optional):
mode:ajustable middle slitting knife and paper edge colletion for both sides;
upper knife:adjustable lifting and changable,slitting width adjust by manual;
Down knife:position fixing for the the blade axle,adjust the slitting width by manual;

Y model paper edge collection tube and location shelf.
Cutting paper unit:
Upper knife roller:Adopt the cutting method from UK to reduce the paper cutting load and noise effectively, prolong the life of knife. The main part of upper knife roller used the fine steel welding, and will precision processing the balance adjustment, it can reduce the shake and noise effectively when the machine at high-speed working.
Down knife rest:Using the iron one batch forming casting, then precision processing, with good stability.
drive roll:Roller’s surface adopts the expansion texture design, and the roller which pressurizes the paper is controlled by the cylinder.
reciprocally knife:Made with special alloy steel and precision machining, long life, knife edge is easily to adjust.
safe cover:When open the safety cover ,it will automatic stop, safety and security.

Paper delivery unit:
Mode: Transport horizontally and speed of multi-steps is different; In order to show the effect the separate counting and stack.(Conveyer belt: NITTA brand from Japan)
The 1st transport section: Rapid separate the cut off papers
The 2nd transport section: Independent or linking control that can convey the paper overlapping each other.
The paper conveying section: Elaborate paper separator can adjust by coordination with the web quantity. And the pressurized transport wheel can steady paper, avoid excursion.
4. Paper Collecting Unit
Automatic paper stacker:
Mode: Hydraulic-lift paper stacker, when the paper is stacked up to a certain level the lift will fall automatic.
Max. paper pilling height :1500mm
The size of the collecting paper: W=1400/1700/1900mm, L=1650mm
Stacker: Electrodynamics knocking up in the front, knocking up on the both sides, Adjustable tail-board.
Automatic counting and label inserting equipment:
