Work for PEM size nut/stud/standoff from M2-M6, efficiency is 3 times of manual tooling. It is possible to automatically divert, import and transport all kinds of fasteners without changing the automatic feeding system. Quick and easy mold change, providing up to 1200 pieces fastener feed/hour feed rate.

The Shuttle Platform provides a universal quick and easy tool change over between nuts,studs, and standoffs-enabling 2-minute total changes without realignment.
Changeover between Manual and Automatic Tooling setup is faster and easier.

1. Pls specify your fastener size and supply Min 300 Pcs sample to us for testing and design the automatic tooling.
2. A one time purchase of a Shuttle Nut Controller, T-bracket, and Vacuum Generator is included for Shuttle Nut Tooling Set.
3. Pls specify machine model and serial number when ardering Shuttle Tooling Set as a retrofit item.
4. CLA, CA Aluminum nuts are made to order tooling(Aluminum nuts are larger than steel nuts). Standard tooling will need to be modified.
