State Registration Certificate

import and distribution of the produce in the territory of the Russian Federation which is subject to the state health and hygiene regulations and standards, require a State Registration Certificate.
The term of validity for the certificate is set for the whole period of the imported product supplies.
The following products are subject to state registration:
chemical and biological substances as well as products manufactured on their base that are potentially hazardous to a human (except for pharmaceutical products), and individual type of product posing a potential hazard to a human which are introduced into production for the first time and not used previously;
new food products, materials and products manufactured within the Russian Federation, food products, materials and products which are imported in the territory of the Russian Federation for the first time

14. Disinfection, disinfestation and deratization products
15. Materials, equipment, devices and other technical means for water treatment
