Angarsk cement and mining plant is one of the leading enterprises of the cement industry in Eastern Siberia with a 60-year history. Its construction began in March 1955, in December 1957, the company lit the first furnace. The construction of petrochemical and electrolysis chemical plants, three hydroelectric power plants, tunnels, bridges and other important facilities were built on the cement produced by the plant.

For many years the combine remained the advanced enterprise of the cement industry, in 1976 was awarded the highest labor award of the USSR-the award of the Labor red banner.
Currently, the company continues to hold the bar high. In 2014, the plant became the winner of the national award in the field of entrepreneurship "Golden mercury", and also received the Honorary sign "Construction glory" – the award of the Russian Union of builders.

More than 60 years the enterprise provides buildings with high-quality cement. Currently, the capacity of the plant is 1.3 million tons of cement per year. Production of JSC angarskcement is in demand in Russia and abroad.
