Most popular for use with Foodstuffs, Dairy and Water. This hose has the added advantage of being transparent so that the user can see what is going on inside it. This hose has good resistance to vacuum, abrasion, weathering & and impacts.Characteristics: Highly flexible, robust, abrasion resistant. Smooth inside.Temperature range: -10ºC +60ºC.Structure: CLEAR PVC hose with embedded steel wire reinforcement.Food-Grade Applications (Food Grade on demand): Suction & delivery of foodstuffs, drinkable water, drinks up to 28% alcohol contentsFor Non-Food- Grade applications: vacuum pumps, agricultural machines, irrigation plants, boat construction, chemical plants, plastics manufacturing machinery, sludge tankers.The hose is suitable for pneumatic and hydraulic applications as well for liquid and semi-liquid substances.Chemical & Hydrocarbons: Please note that PVC is not necessarily the most resistant material to harsher liquids like Ink, Fuel, Bio-Diesel, oils and hydrocarbons. For increased resistance against chemical attack on delivery hoses, we recommend Chemical Resistant Wire Reinforced Hose, which offers resistance to most chemicals (solvents).

1. Is sample available? Shall I pay for sample or delivery?
Free samples and free delivery.
2. How long will I get my order?
General production time for 1x20 feet container is 10-15 days, for 1x40 feet container 20-25 days.
3. How will my order be packed?
All hose is packed by 2 plies of PVC film, inner is tranparent, outer is color and thick one. (Color can be ordered as customer like). Special packing like Reel and Pallet also available. Fitting is packed by 3 plies, carton, PVC bag and then pallet.
4. What should I do if I find quality problem in using?
12 months Quality Garentee for all of our products. We offer replacement for any defective caused by non-human reasons.
