Polyformaldehyde plate and rod

Polyformaldehyde plastics is another excellent resin variety developed after nylon. It is a linear polymer with high density, no side chain and high crystallinity, and has excellent comprehensive properties.
1. Physical properties:
Polyformaldehyde is a hard and compact material with smooth surface and luster. It is yellowish or white, has high crystallinity, good colouring and very low water absorption.
2. Mechanical properties:
Polyformaldehyde has high hardness and steel, high creep resistance and stress relaxation ability, excellent wear resistance, self-lubrication, and fatigue, which is not comparable to other engineering plastics.
3. Thermal properties:
Polyformaldehyde has a high thermal deformation temperature and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -40 ~104 ~C.
4.Electrical performance:
Its dielectric loss and dielectric constant change little in a wide range of frequency and temperature, maintaining good arc resistance.
5. Chemical properties:
Polyformaldehyde has good solvent resistance, oilresistance, weak acid resistance, weak alkali resistance and other properties. Polyformaldehyde has excellent physical, mechanical, thermal and electrical properties, resistance to organic solvents, wear resistance, creep resistance, fatigue resistance and other properties. It is widely used to replace various non-ferrous metals and alloys to make automotive, mechanical, instrumentation, agricultural machinery, chemical components. Such as gears, cams, bearings, bushes, washers, valves, liquid pipelines, handles and chemical dissolvers. Especially in the automotive industry, it is widely used in the manufacture of cardan shaft and vaporizer, making water faucet, agricultural sprayer, agricultural sprayer element, tape, tape reel, photographic equipment and various precision instruments in construction.
Colour: Black/beige, superior impact resistance, uniform anti-static material. The anti-static value of all parts of the anti-static POM board is the same, and the overall resistance value of the color/black is 103-1011.
