Waste plastic PE/PP recycling granulating machine is special equipment for the PE PP film recycling granulating, plastic recycling
granulator machine equipped with comacting machine which cound pre- compact the film into smaller granules, then easily feed
intoscrew barrel of extruder, its efficiency is high and can improve production capacity and save labour cost.
Plastic granulator pelletizing making machine has two vacuum exhuasting mouth on extruder barrel which can fully vent the moisture
in the material and hence the final granule quality will be very perfect.
At the end of screw barrel, recycling pelletizing machinery equipped with double post fast speed hydraulic non -stop screen
changer which can effetively filt out the dirty in the plastic melt.
The pelletizing adopts water flush pelletizing which is easier to operate, and the shape and appearance of granule is good.

What's the machines working principle





Detail Specification：



The rotatory blades of compactor will cut up incoming scraps.
Frictional heating which caused by high speed rotatory blades and stationary blades will heat and let scraps shrinking just below their agglomerating point. Optimal designed guide structure compacts the material and directs it into extruder screw.

●A specialized single screw extruder applied to gently melt the pre-compacted material. ●The plastic scraps will be well melted, plasticized in the extruder.
●With double-zone vacuum degassing system, volatiles such as low molecular and moisture will be removed efficiency, especially
suitable to heavy printed film and material with some water content.

A screen changer can be installed before die head to remove some metal, wood, dust, paper such impurities to get high quality
output plastic melt.Technical Data：
Die-face water ring pelletizing system set as the standard granulating method to get uniform size plastic pellets.
The pellets would be cooled by water and dried by centrifugal dryer and finally conveyed into storage silo.
