machine main description:
1. This machine is applicable for all kinds of rubber materials products vulcanization molding, working with mould in the machine, through a certain period of time, pressure and temperature.
2. Main machine frame:
The machine frame adopted ductile iron (Taiwan yongguan) FCD50 after deactivation, it is of:

3. Hydraulic cylinder shaft: CR (white cast iron) lapped finish, precision ±0.02mm

5. Column: use special steel and carbon steel hard chrome plated( thickness 0.08mm), hardness can reach HRC55~58; columns will not break.
