2.Q:How do I get sample?A:If you want a product sample before placing an order, we're happy to send you a stock sample at your request for your quality checking purpose.Stock sample is free of charge.
If you need us to do a new hand-made sample as per your requirements, please provide all neccessarydetails so that we know exactly how to do the sample and decide if the sample needs to be paid based on its difficulty.However, fees for new sample is refundable after you place your order.New samples take 7-10 days to finish.
FEDEX, DHL,TNT,SF express are normally used.Please kindly help us pay the courier fee.
3.Q:What is the MOQ?A: The MOQ is normally 1000 pieces but it also depends.So please don't care too much about MOQ.Pls enquire us if you have any problem regarding it.

5.Q:What are the incoterms and payment term?A:We can offer you both ex-works price and FOB price as a facotory with trading capability.Our main payment term is T/T,30% advance,70% balance settle before shipment or againt B/L.We can use other terms under mutual agreement.Good cooperation is more important than formats.6.Q:How long is the lead time?Do I need to worry about delivery date?A:20 to 45 natural days depending on the difficulty of product.Out production capability is 100,000 pcs per month. Delivery date and quality is our bottom line,we can push it faster by adding in more skillful workers if you have special requirement.
