Machine brief: 1.Adopt PLC to control independently each unit, PMS (Production Management System) available for option.
2.Main gear and shaft head adopt keyless linkage ring on each unit.
3.Adopt oil pump automatic spraying system to lubricate gear on each unit.
4.All parts of Guide wheel used automatic lock system.
5.The oil automatic balance device, to ensure all units is on same level of oil.
6.All units is equipped emergency stop control switch, to ensure the operator safety.
7.All unit units is equipped constant bell alert during machine moving, to ensure the security of operator.

1. Paper feeding adopts USA SUN Lead-edge system, Three Wheels feeding rolls, gear box from USA SUN company, suction box from USA OEM by Yuk Sang;
2. Wind turbine adopts transducer control, it is available to control wind amount by hand;
3. The rear paper-holding frame computer adjust for front/back, digit display, motorized adjust for up/down.
Printing unitThe external diameter of printing roll is φ393.6mm.(it is φ408mm including printing plate), its surface is plated with hard chromium after the steel plate is welded, the axes core position is processed by quenching-tempering to make it possess strong anti-fatigue and tenacity; its movement is carried through balance calibration.
Slotting unitThe upper/lower creaser shaft is made of solid steel with axes diameters of φ120mm, its surface is plated with hard chromium after rubbing, it has stable motion and it is equipped with 4 sets of creaser shafts. Extra set of supporting roll with lower creaser shaft.

rubber roller is a seamless steel tube with a stainless steel tube of 389mm(including the rubber layer, 405mm), and the surface grinding and hard chromium plating; Dynamic balance correction;
