Joint Venture Iron ORE Mining Site Project In Indonesia

PT.MIOM have a licenseof mining exploration or Kuasa pertambangan (KP) given by the regent/bupati of central kalimantan dated 6th March 2006 over than 8000 Hectares, located in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia.
Exploration
Exploration research and surveys have been conductseveral times: Few expatriate consulting with over 26 years combined experience in Indonesia.10 to 25 local workers from the immediate surrounding villages and nearest cities on a monthly rolling system.
·The Firstexploration has been done at 28-29 January 2006, and the results of FE contentare 60-65 %.
·The SecondExploration tested by lab by SGS on 4th of July 2007, and the resultof FE Content are 67.5%
Geoservice holds the Next exploration at Feb. 2008 forone week by taking some samples from the outcrop, remarked location by GPS. Thelaboratories report show that the FE contain for 67.3 -67.6%, and other mineralsuch lead zinc, galena, etc.
·Detail Researchfor 100 hectare with Geo Magnet and Geo electric by G.A Consultantfor one month on May 2008 discovers areas of magnetite and hematite hill, whichtheoretical contains minimum 3 million unit metric tons per 100 hectares.

Mine Plan and EnvironmentImpact Analysis
·expand and widening theentrance road (5 Km) and build the Infrastructure in mining site and jetty site (will be donewithin 2weeks- 1month after investment).
·Heavy equipment forexploitation & production.
·Mining transportation fromsite to Jetty site (will be done within 1month after investment).
Production:
Aiming goal: 1st Production would be start within 3-4 month afterthe investment. 1st shipment would be start within 3-5 monthsfrom thedate of the investment. Aiming shipment goal: 40,000MT-60,000MT on the first shipment, 2year would be 100,000 - 250,000MT per month.
