Products Description
Our Best selling Lab Jet Mill & Classifier is use for superfine grinding, where material crash into each to smash to avoid contamination. This jet mill is specially designed for universities and research institutions. This machine can be placed on desk or laboratory bench with its small dimension.This machine is effective for Mohs 1-10 hard material. In addition, this machine is effective for heat-sensitive and low melting point materials. Agglomerate ultrafine powder can also be smashed efficiently.


Particles will be accelerated after being put into the machine to improve grinding efficiency and save energy. The particle size distribution is totally adjustable. The whole grinding process with produce little material loss and no oversized particles. The collecting efficiency can be as high as 99.9%.


The grinding process is easy to operate due to PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system. The whole machine is small and compact. Disassemble and assemble are not hard at all, so cleaning is relaxing. Not to mention that this machine also has also good dynamic balance and long service life.
