series belt filter press is a kind of dehydration equipment developed by introducing foreign technology, which successfully avoids the disadvantage of traditional belt filter press with horizontal rollers, half of which are in useless state, and give full play to the dewatering performance of belt filter press. It has the characteristics of multi-stage dewatering design, high dehydration efficiency, large treatment capacity, low moisture content of filter cake and long service life.
Product application:
It is suitable for sewage treatment, papermaking, leather processing and other sewage treatment projects, with a wide range of applications. As a supporting equipment for sewage treatment, the suspended solids and sediment after air flotation treatment can be pressed and dehydrated to form mud cake, so as to prevent and control secondary pollution; the machine can also be used for slurry concentration, black liquor extraction and other process treatment. The whole dewatering process of belt filter press is continuous.

Flocculation and mixing - feed - cloth - gravity dehydration - overturning discharge - pre - pressure dewatering in filter press - press dehydration - filter cake discharge.
Product advantages: 1.Large bearing capacity, strong processing capacity, less energy consumption and low operation cost. 2. Slant type lengthening wedge area design, stable operation and large processing capacity. 3. Multi roll diameter decreasing overstock roll with compact layout and high solid content in filter cake. 4. Equipped with a new type of automatic deviation correction and tension system, the work is stable, greatly improving the service life of the filter belt. 5. Two sets of independent backwash systems are adopted.
