1Materials: the raw materials are purchased from certified manufacturers ,with uniform thickness.


2,Perfect production process ,specializing in:
(1) The bottom of the thickening treatment: according to relevant standards, bottom wall
thickness should be no less than twice desigin wallthickness. The bottom thickness of our
cylinder is about 13 mm, much more than twice design wall thickness, which can increase
the safety factor, to ensure the safety of the cylinder, and prolong cylinder service life.
(2) Internal drying process: inner walls free of moisture and rust.
Polished inner wall : no impurities, showing a metallic sheen.
(3) Electrostatic spray: we use powder coating, nontoxic, no scratches, no falling
and service life longer.
(4)Hydraulic volumetric expansion test :we test each cylinder by external hydrostatic
test method ,which can effectively detect volume of residual deformation rate to
ensure quality products.
