Product Description
Zirconia fiber is the only high-grade lightweight refractory fiber material that can meet the long-term using of ultra-high temperature oxidation atmosphere above 1500℃. It can be used to make plate-shaped and special-shaped parts.
On structurally, zirconia fiber is a polycrystalline refractory fiber material composed of pure tetragonal/cubic phase ZrO2 nanoceramic grains. Due to the high melting point (2700℃) of ZrO2 itself, non-oxidation and other high temperature characteristics, ZrO2 fiber has higher using temperature than other refractory fiber varieties (such as alumina fiber, mullite fiber, aluminum silicate fiber, etc.), and high temperature chemical stability, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, thermal shock resistance, non-volatile, non-polluting, it is the world's top of refractory fiber material currently.
The zirconia fiber board is a rigid zirconia fiber product obtained by a special process of zirconia fiber, which can be cut into rigid shaped products of various shapes and sizes by reworking.
Product Features
The using temperature is the highest. The maximum operating temperature is up to 2200℃, even to 2500℃to maintain a complete fiber shape.
Corrosion resistance is the best. The zirconia fiber board could bear a small range of attack of molten alkali metal chloride and carbonate at a temperature of 700℃, and it could withstand the impact of a short period of inorganic acid at its boiling temperature; the acid and alkali corrosion resistance of ZrO2 is significantly better than Al2O3 and SiO2.
It is not volatile or polluted at high temperatures. ZrO2 has the lowest high-temperature vapor pressure in all metal oxides (vapor pressure is 1.064X10-9Pa at 1370℃), and is chemically inert. It is not volatile and pollution-free in high temperature.
High strength and high temperature conductivity.
Zirconia board has the characteristics of smaller capacity, higher purity, lower thermal conductivity and longer service life at higher temperatures.
The zirconia board does not contain an organic binder, does not generate smoke or odor, and does not undergo a destructive physical phase change upon heating.
