Horizontal vacuum belt filter wholesale

Vacuum belt filter is a new solid-liquid separating equipment. It is especially suitable for filtering suspension liquid feed pulp with coarse particle of solid phase, high density and requiring frequent washing of filter cake. It can be widely used for solid-liquid separation in industrial sectors like metallurgy, chemicals, paper-making, foodstuff, pharmaceuticals, mining and environmental protection. It has special perfect application in gypsum dehydration in the course of flue gas desulfurization (FGD) by wet process.

Main Features
1.Annular friction belt is fixed between vacuum tank and rubber filter belt, to be sealed with water, lubricated and cooled so that the vacuum is airtight and reliable. This can maintain stable authenticity, lower the water content in the filter cake, and facilitate stabilizing operating process conditions. In addition, annular friction belt has a smaller friction resistance, and thus has a longer service life, easy and fast for replacement;
2.Air-cushion support or water-film support with closer rollers is adopted for the belt. Belt will run by floating on the support cushion, reducing resistance during running and prolonging the service life of rubber belt;3.Adopting annular friction belt, it has a bigger tensile strength and longer service life;4.Modular designing is adopted for the whole structure, which is flexible for installation and convenient for transportation and installation;5.The automatic realigning device for air-bag filter cloth can ensure stable running of filter cloth;6.Automatic liquid discharging and separating device or that of liquid column type is available in vacuum balance state, which can be flexible in achieving automatic liquid discharging of potential difference of liquid discharging of high potential difference for the vacuum belt filter, This can meet requirements for various operating conditions;7.PLC is adopted for the control system while due consideration is provided for the design of interface technique with remote DCS control; It is possible to effect PID setting for equipment running, on-site and remote automatic control, and safety control and process monitoring for equipment running.
Product Details
As the critical part for belt filter, rubber filter belt adopts stabilized dacron sailcloth of superb performance or terylene fabric, for its framework material and various formulas for its glue stuff, and the manufacturing process of sulfuration and forming at one go. This will enable the application under various operating conditions.
The filter cloth can widely applied in the solid-liquid and air-solid separation of power plant, petroleum, chemical industry, smelting, mineral processing, environment protection, foods, pharmacy, etc.

The deviation of filter cloth is rectified by pushing the rectification roller with air bag cylinder to deviate a certain angle. The product of British NORGREN Company is adopted for the air bag cylinder, and imported product is adopted for proximity switch for stable and reliable quality.

Vacuum box is lifted through a lifting device, to facilitate replacement of friction tape. A fixing device is available for fixing with perforated rubber belt at the top.
Filtrate at the bottom from discharging adhesive belt gathers at vacuum box, its central line, discharging belt and central line of central aperture are one the same line. Section of vacuum box forms V type and it will not move while filter running.

Friction band is installed between vacuum box and adhesive belt with airproofing, lubrication and cooling to lessen resistance to adhesive belt.
