Introduction
Concrete admixture Polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer /PCE powder SPS-06 (slump retention type) is a new generation of Eco-friendly high performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder developed by our company with DD-909 (TPEG2400) as main raw material.
Advantages/Characteristics:
1. Polycarboxylate superplasticizer powder with solid content: 97% min. ( Please add PCE powder to water to get a solid content of 20% solution before use ).
2. With a high slump retention ability, without concrete segregation.
3. With a good dispersity, an excellent adaptability to different cements, and good water-reducing properties. A high water-reducing ratio up to 40% could be obtained when used in high strength grade concrete.(higher than C50). With a dosage of 0.2%,water reducing ratio up to 32%.
4. Cement paste fluidity ≥250mm (with a dosage of 0.2%).
Usage
1. A recommended dosage is 0.16%-0.4%. Actual dosages should be determined by mixture design test according to concrete strength grade.
2. Under 0℃-40℃ the shelf life is 12 months.
3. Concrete test must be carried out before utilization.
4. This product is forbidden to be mixed with naphthalene sulphate.
5. Compatibility test must be done when it is used together with other admixtures.
Application
1. It is applicable to various ready mix concrete and precast concrete for industrial and civil architectures, especially to low grade commodity concrete.
2. It is particularly applicable to various national construction works with high performance requirements for the concrete, such as water industry, marine works, seaports, traffics, electric powers etc.
3. It is applicable to the special concrete, such as high strength, high durability, self-compact concrete.
