Technical Question
Question 1.You have five models of orbital stretch wrappers YK-HS400,YK-HS800,YK-HS1200,YK-HS1800 and YK-HS2000.Which one will be best for us ?
Answer: The diameter of cross section is necessary for us to choose. For example:
a cube product Width 300mm Height 200mm .the square of 300mm =90000mm ,the square of 200mm=40000mm
90000+40000=130000mm=the square of 365.5mm+200mm <800mm
Cube Product: the root of the square of Width +the square of Height +200 <ring diameter.
We should use 800mm diameter of ring for product. YK-HS800 will be best one to choose.
a circle diameter :190mm ,190+200mm <400mm. The YK-HS400 will be best to choose.
Question 2 After wrapping big furniture or door, why the tail of film too long so that drag on the conveyor ?
Answer:That must be trandiational film holder and cutter solution . The film holder and cutter system cannot install under the ring .Anyone of YK-HS series be equipped with two cyliders to control seperately holding and cutting film and install on the ring not under. After wrapping finish, the film will cover on the product not drag on the conveyor because of the stickness of film .
