1. Question: What do you do? Can you help design the hotel or residence project or furniture
Answer: Our business is make furniture as per customers’ designs or drawings. Sorry we
don’t provide the design service, we may give our suggestions according to our
furniture manufacturing experience. Manufacturing is our strong suit, not design.
2. Question: What’s the process of the order or the project?
Answer: Customers come to us with their designs and drawings,asking for a quote.If the
price is acceptable, they will pay deposit usually 30% to start the order. After the
goods is ready, they will come to inspect the cargo to make sure the quality is
satisfying and pay the balanced amount before shipment.
3. Question: I am not sure if the quality can meet our standards, Can I ask for a sample set
first?
Answer: Sure. Usually it takes about 25 days to deliver a sample set. And Please note that we will charge
sample fee usually triple the regular price. Sample fee is refundable after the project order is placed.
4. Question:What’s your lead time?
Answer:Usually 45 days after confirmation of drawings and receipt of deposit.
