Precautions for use
1. When using this atomizing plate, please select a DC power supply with an output power greater than 350W and an output voltage of DC46±2V.
2. When using toroidal transformers, the square bridge must be installed with 50+50mm or more aluminum heat sinks, and a thin layer of heat dissipation paste is applied between the square bridge and the aluminum heat sink.
3. When multiple atomization plates are used in the same container, the shells of each atomization plate must be connected to each other to prevent electrical corrosion of the shell.
4. The mist generated by the atomization plate must be forcedly removed by a fan, and each group of atomization plates reserves 600cm of flat space to avoid excessive water temperature and shorten the service life of the atomization plate.
5. This atomizing plate is suitable for atomizing neutral liquids (PH value 58), acidic liquids will corrode the shell and atomizing film, and alkaline liquids will affect the amount of atomization and reduce the cost of the atomizing plate and the atomizing film. Life, and cause the water level switch to fail and damage the atomization plate.
6. Please do not damage the water level switch during the installation process, so as to avoid the failure of the water level switch and cause the atomization plate to lose control. Stop using the water level switch if it is damaged, otherwise the atomizer sheet will burn dry and further damage the atomizer plate. At this time, it can be used after being repaired by professional maintenance personnel.
7. When the atomization plate is working normally, please do not put your hands on the spray cavity of the atomization plate to prevent ultrasonic damage.
8. The atomization plate must be in water to work normally. Please put it in the water before connecting to the power supply, and make sure that the surface of the atomization sheet is in a state of water to avoid damage to the atomization plate.
9. When you stop using the atomization plate, please disconnect the switch power first, and then take out the atomization plate from the water.
