Use Method
Roller Coating & Brushing Coating & Scraper Blade & Spray(need add diluent).1. Don’t mix alcohol into the product, it will cause the product invalid. The tools with the
alcohol can’t be used before cleaning well.
2. The total coating thickness is around 2.0mm, special parts should be more than 2.0mm.
3. Attention: Do not apply more than 1.5mm thickness PU110 per coat for layers .
4. Avoid water, pollution and damage before tack free time of the coating,prohibit any
operation before full curing (about 24Hrs).
5. Ventilated environment is required as operating, and some necessary safety
precautions should be taken. During operation, records should be filled in truthfully. For
special projects, follow the construction description strictly.
6. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If contact with your skin, scrub first with soap water
or alcohol, then rinse with water. If contact with your eyes, rinse with plenty of water, and
seek medical treatment immediately.
7. It is forbidden to build on the surface of the wet substrate.
8. Transportation: Avoid damp, high temperature,isolation and rain, far away from heat,
handle with care and prohibit extrusion collision.
