SI1926 is neutral organic silicone adhesive sealant, room temperature cured by contacting with the moisture in the air. It is made from special modified silicone material, has way better mechanical strength than normal silicone sealant. It can withstand 350°C high temperature while maintaining its good flexibility, particularly suitable for sealing the enclosed environment, and produce very little volatiles. Has good adhesion to most kinds of material. Used for protection of electronic products which under the harsh conditions.

Usage

1. As heat-conducting medium of electronic parts and components when needed.
2. As filling compound between power transistor, thyristor diode and their base material (aluminum, Cu)
