This semi-automatic cartridge filling machine system is designed for filling adhesives such as silicone sealant, glass sealant, grease, acrylic and polyurethane similar viscosity in the plastic cartridge, paper tube and aluminum tubes.

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preparation work
a. Power-on, Access air source and adjust the air pressure to 0.5Mpa, put the pistons into cap sorter manually.
b. Connect the pressure feeder outlet into the Material Entrance of filling machie and start pressure feeder.
c. Open the exhaust valve, empty the air in the hose and close the valve until the material out.
d. Start the cap sorter and adjust the sorting speed.
2 Operation Adjustment
A. Filling Process:
Put the empty cartridge into filling nozzle, filling system start immediately automatically and begin to filling the material into cartridge when it detected by Filling Start photoelectric detector. Take out the cartridge to finish one cartridge when the volume finished as adjusted (Attention: Hand keep to hold the cartridge during the whole filling process)
Filling Volume and Filling Speed adjust method:
a. Filling volume, this filling machine filling by volume, turn round the Dose Adjustment Wheel
clockwise to decrease; conversely, increase
b. Filling Speed, it’s decided by adhesive viscosity, the higher the slower.
In same viscosity, the filling speed can be adjusted by the opening of throttling valve on blue pipe of the Filling cylinder solenoid valve, turn round the throttling valve clockwise to slow down; conversely, quicken.
B. Plugging process
Put the filled cartridge onto the work station manually, plugging system finish air exhausting and plugging after foot pedal started.
Adjustment of plugging depth (picture 2): turn round the hand wheel manually till required depth, then close the air source and push the plugging air cylinder to state of pressing, adjust the plugging to photoelectric position till light up. Then open the air source to finish the adjustment.
