UHMWPE profile extrusion line
Ultra-high molecular weight PE belongs to PE variety which has ultra high molecular weight (molecular weight usually reaches to more than 1.5 million), its profile products own the feature of excellent impact resistance, abrasion resistance and self lubricity.
As the viscosity of UHMW-PE molten state reaches up to 108Pa*s, liquidity is poor, and melt index is almost zero, so UHMW-PE is hard to be processed by general mechanical processing method. In recent years, UHMW-PE processing technology has gotten rapid development, through the transformation towards ordinary processing equipment, the initial UHMW-PE pressing - sintering molding has developed to extrusion, blow molding and injection molding as well as other special molding.
BAOD EXTRUSION has equipped with the extrusion technology of producing PE which molecular weight reaches up to 5 million, adopting sectional accurate temperature control, it can obtain ideal forming effect.
