BP CARE measures fingertip photoplethysmography, and can provide cardiovascular health information such as blood pressure trend, stiff index (of blood vessels), blood oxygen and heart rate.

Note: If the finger has poor contact with the probe, which may cause light leakage, please gently pinch the front end of the probe to ensure good contact with the fingers.

• Finger fingertips should reach the edge, and try to position the finger in the center.
• The midline of the finger should be parallel to the midline of the probe.
How to measure
To measure, you need to sit straight. Start the mobile phone app, turn on the device. Then follow the instructions in the app to measure.
After the measurement, the probe should be removed and the device should be turned off or shuts down automatically.
Clients should pay attention to the following matters:
• During measurement, it’s recommended to have the palm face up.
• Always use the same finger. The index finger is recommended. Switch to another finger if the index finger is too big or too small.
• Stay calm and refrain from talking.
