Plate pasteurizer for yogurt production line
This equipment is designed according to the type of the product, filling method and the automation degree. The buffer tank in this equipment can be designed to open or closed tank. The heater of the product is equipped with a set of twice hot water circulation system, which could make the temperature difference between the hot water and the product smallest. The heating system should be adopted based on the characteristics of the product. These characteristics all also the determinative factor of whether to use degassing machine or not during the heating process.
CIP system for yogurt production line
CIP cleaning system/cip station is used for closed system in-place cleaning of pipes and vessels. It can apply to the dairy, beverage, beer plants, and general food production materials of pipes and equipment cleaning. Normally it contains five tanks, acid liquid tank, alkali liquid tank, hot water tank, clean water tank, recycle tank separately. It is up to our customer’s requirement.
Yogurt fermentation tank
Shanghai Chun Nobel Machinery Co., Ltd. produce all kinds of tanks used in dairy, beverage, beer and other food industry. For yogurt fermentation tank, the capacity is about 500L-100000L. Tank material can be stainless steel 304L or stainless steel 316L. It equipped with manhole, liquid level sensor, thermometer, pressure gauge, etc. the agitation speed and motor brand can be chose by customer. It is a jacket tank which heating or cooling our products.
Types of yogurt
Stirred yogurt: the ripening takes place in special ripening tanks with a soft breakage phase
Set yogurt: the ripening takes place in the final container (cup) without breakage
Liquid yogurt: the ripening takes place in special ripening tanks with a special breakage phase

The Siemens 1500 series PLC and HMI are used to realize the perfect combination of customer performance and use of equipment through functions such as self-developed data records, production reports, CIP reports, and alarm independent query reports, which can be remotely maintained in real time. We choose Schneider low-voltage electrical, Danfoss frequency converter, Siemens touch screen, etc.
