1.We use good quality zinc-plating steel panel for manufacturing.Compared with cold-rolled steel sheet,,zinc-plating sheet is with more better weatherability,and will not rust during shipping time
2.Adapt robot-welding,with more higher passing rate in QC checking,and with more higher productivity.
3.Automatic powder coating line, to ensure the consistency of the appearance and output.Color choice: RAL7035/RAL7032.
4.Door of the distribuion box is with removable consealed hinge.There are installing holes at both sides of the box,and we can open the hole according to customer’s requirements.There are Reserved holes which can help you adjust opening direction of the door.And the reserved holes are sealed with rubber to ensure the protection level.
5.There are 2 screw nut on the mounting panel,which can help adjust the height,to meet the installation requirements of different types of electrical devices.
6.There are reserved different-sized holes on top and bottom panel.customers can open the hole according to the actual requirements on site without limitations.
