Processing characteristics:
1.We use good quality zinc plated steel plate to product the whole body of distribution box,compared with cold rolled sheet,zinc plated sheet is with more better weatherability,and will not rust during shipping time
2.Adapt robot welding,with more higher passing rate in QC checking,and with more higher productivity.
3.with automatic powder coating line, to ensure the consistency of the appearance and output
4.With foaming machine to ensure the sealing level,the distriution box can reach IP65 protection level.
Chracteristic of the distribution box
1.Door of the distribuion box is with removable consealed hinge,
2.There are installing hole at both sides of the box,and we can open the hole according to customer’s requirements.There are Reserved holes which can help you adjust opening direction of the door.And the reserved holes are sealed with rubber to ensure the protection level.
3.There are 2 screw nut on the mounting plate,which can help adjust the height of moundting plate,to meet the installation requirements of different types of electrical devices
4.The bottom plate is disassemble and sealed with PU foam, customers can enter the hole according to the actual requirements of the site without limitations.
