Q3: How can I get some samples?
A: We are honered to offer you samples, and appreciatedfor new clients to pay for the courier cost. Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected., or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to you local carrier company.
Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: We have very strict quality control system. We do inspection for all raw materials before they sending to our warehouse. Random checking will be done during the production process. Final checking will be done before productsshippingout.
