BRP371/BRP372/BRP373 is a group of advanced luminaire designed for China road standard. With three different dimension housing, it could output light in a range of 5000lm to 28000lm. The general production of professional lights vary from four to six weeks for all professional lights.
But regular stock lamps/led tubes/downlights/driversetc. are kept, it's available at handy.
Q5. Can I get all shipping documents ?
Invoice, Packling List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, Bill of Lading are available.
Warranty letter and other special documents are at request.
Q7. How do I claim if there's any failure of lights?
You may send us photos and images before sending back the lights, claims to Philips are made through us under warranty period, which varies from 6 months to 5 years, this will be informed before purchase. Pls contact us for terms and conditions of warranty.
