1. Who is Sunzoom?
- We are the hotel furniture broker for hospitality overall purchase. We are a Hilton approved shower door manufacturer focusing on USA market since 2012.
2. How would you help me if I don't have experience in hotel furniture solution?
- Our professional sales team and engineers will provide various custom hotel furniture solution before we start your project within your budget etc. Award-winning design team is also helping from Singapore.
3. Have you served US hotels before?
- Yes, for the past 7 years, we supplied a lot of Hilton, Marriott, Choice, Best Western etc. Every year 3000+ rooms on average.
4.How do you do quality control ?
- As a reliable hotel furniture supplier, we have 6 workshop sections, each section hiring experienced Q/C. The clear responsibility management system make sure every product is qualified before shipping out.
5.What's your payment term?
- 50% T/T in advance, the balance should be paid before loading. L/C and OA 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days payment terms will also be accepted after our audition from financial department. Other payment terms negotiable.
6.How about the packaging?
- Assembled or knock-down packing. Packed in project packing with four layers(Soft foam rapping, Corner protectors, Hard Foam, Carton Box with proper shipping marks,more packing processing according to customer requirements).
7. What's your lead time ?
- Usually it will take 2 weeks for samples; mass orders 5-7 weeks after deposit, depending on furniture package solution. If the order includes hotel bedroom furniture, lobby furniture, living room furniture, restaurant furniture and other public area furniture, it may take a little longer.
