It is normal if you found some losing hairs when you got the goods and washed it first time. As there are some extra hairs not sewn onto the wigs, some broken hairs while processing the wig (dyeing or textures making). To keep the textures and styles as it is, we have not disposed of them when processing is finished.

Q3.Why the texture of the wig is not like the model or last same order?
Yes, it is as you said. As you know, all our synthetic hair wigs are hand made by different workers. In this way, there will be no two all same looking textures in our products.
Q4.How do I style my wig?
Your wig can be styled by using a wig brush, a wig comb, or your fingertips. Avoid using a brush designed for synthetic hair. These brushes can create excessive tension, over-stretching the hair with abrasive strokes that may damage the hair.
The wigs we carry are shaking & wear and can be styled by simply using a wide tooth comb or your fingertips. The best styling tool is the most inexpensive; a spray bottle of clean, cool water. Lightly spritz your wig with water to remove static electricity and return your wig to its original look.
To achieve style variations, liquid wig mousse is an essential styling tool. For curly or wavy styles, just mousse, hand scrunch, and pick the style into curls. On straight styles, mousse and brush lightly.

You may go in swimming pools and hot tubs. It is best to wash hair right after swimming. Avoid getting hair in salt water as the salt can take all the moisture out of the hair and it will lead to tangling of the hair. Never braid your hair and go in salt water. It is best to wear it down. Add aspray in conditioner after swimming
