1. How to distinguish human hair from synthetic hair? 
Synthetic hair burns fast with black smoke which smells like burning plastic. Then it becomes a black and sticky ball. Burning human hair smells like burning protein. And there is no black smoke. At last, it becomes grey powder.

3.What is your company’s return policy? 
Our clip in hairs are of good quality, so there are not so many problems. If there is any problem, we will check and /confirm/i. Also, you can deliver a little part of them to us to check. 4. Why the hairs get tangle and shedding? 
It is probably too dry. As you know, clip in hairs have been separated from head and have no nutrition supporting. So, it is more easily to be dry. Washing hair frequently just as if they were your real hair. Twice a week is well done. Also, you should use hair conditioner to care them in order to avoid shedding.  


5.Why some other factory’s hair has bad smell? 
We should disinfect hairs at first and do some aftertreatment, there may be something remained. It is normal. For sure, it is safe and environmental protection. My clients reflected that bad smell disappears after several times’ washing.
