It can not only unload 500-2000 kg ton bags, but also be suitable for 10-50 kg conventional granular powder materials. The equipment is used in chemical industry, plastics, rubber, food, medicine and other fields to unpack and unload dry powder and granular materials packed in large or small bags at the same time.Workflow1. Unloading of ton bags and unpacking of small bags are mutually exclusive (interlocking), that is, when unloading the materials in the bags, the feeding valve of small bags is closed to avoid spilling materials from polluting the environment through the feeding port of small bags; while the discharging ports of ton bags are closed when feeding small bags.2. When unloading ton bag materials, lift the ton bag above the equipment with electric hoist or forklift, and then slowly move it to the equipment feeding port. Manually put the lower part of the ton bag into the bag clamping device of the equipment, then open the discharging rope of the ton bag, close the bin door and start discharging. During the discharging process, the auxiliary blanking devices such as beating device and vibration device will work to assist blanking until the discharging is completed; Then open the bag clamping device, remove the empty bag, and discharge the ton bag.3.
