PVC Edge banding adhesive is an EVA based hot melt glue used for bonding PVC edge bands on wood board edges. It can be used in full automatic, semi automatic or manual edge banding machine. It is applicable for different machine speed. It features with good melting properties, good bonding strength, perfect heat resistance, and without stringing.

Low temperature hot melt adhesive
Low melting point, good melting and re-melting property, long open time, hard to burn the edge band. Applicable for edge banding and wood jointing with fix materias. Especially suitable for melamine, paper,veneer, thin PVC edge bands. Used in manual and semi automatic edge banding machines.
Softening point: 80~100 °c
Operation temperature: 110~150 °c
Medium temperature hot melt adhesive
Wide applications. It can be applied for different kinds of thickness, edge bands with different materials, like thin wood slice, PVC,PS,ABS,etc. It can be used in full automatic high speed and semi automatic curve edge banding machine. Besides, it can solve the maintenance problem caused by using the machine under high temperature(above 200°c)long timely.
Softening point: 80~120°c
Operation temperature: 150~180°c
High temperature hot melt adhesive
High initial adhesion, high bonding strength, can be used to adhere solid wood, fiberwood,particleboard,plywood,MDF, etc with PVC, melamine, paper and other decoration materials. It is suitable for the linear bonding and soft forming of different kinds of edge bands, especially suitable for thick PVC band and a low operation environment.
Softening point: 90~120°c
Operation temperature:180-210°c
Application
hot melt adhesive for Edge banding is used for covering the edge of wood board such as fiberboard, particle board or MDF, plywood,core-board,and fireproofing board etc. with different films like PVC, acrylic, ABS, wood veneer, etc;

Packing & Shipping
In terms of packaging, hot melt adhesive for edge banding is usually packed in kraft paper bags, and normally, each bag weighs about 25kgs. The packaging ways, materials, patterns can be customizable.In terms of shipping, for large quantity, it usually goes by sea and can be delivered within 30 days; for samples, it normally goes by air and can be delivered within 7 days. The normal shipping port is Shanghai. If need, can ship from other ports.
