The equipment is a complete line of automated equipment, including automatic feeding (non-woven fabric + electrostatic cotton + nose line), nose line loading, folding / forming, ultrasonic welding, slicing, turning, ear band welding machine and other processes, suitable for Production of 2-4 Ply of mask body, using 20-40MHZ ultrasonic welding.
1. The machine can produce 1-4 Ply of non-woven body masks. The thickness of the mask can be adjusted within a certain range. The length of the nose bridge line can be adjusted arbitrarily. It can produce single or double nose masks. Covered rubber bands are placed in the conveyor belt box. The rubber bands at both ends of the mask are automatically conveyed and cut. Welding equipment is used to complete the point belt by the machine at one time. The output is high, the reject rate is low, and the operation is easy.
2. The mask output is output by the conveyor belt, the speed is adjustable, the output is neat, the product quality is stable, the operation is convenient, and the production efficiency is high.
3.The masks are formed by ultrasonic welding, with superior performance, high-speed filming, spot welding and hemming.
4. All-aluminum profile machine is neat and beautiful, no welding, no painting. Man-machine interface touch screen control, built-in time, total output, same-day output, set number automatic alarm and shutdown, digital keys to adjust the filming speed.
