Our machines produce a variety of air bubble film, which has a wide range of commercial applications, including protective packing materials for furniture, automobile parts, electronics, cosmetics,etc., thermal isolation applications, swimming pool cover application, and construction applications and so on.

Here, we take our two-layer air bubble film machine as an example.



●This machine can produce 2 layers air bubble film with LDPE/LLDPE (raw material).
●For double screws, we can adjust the thickness of each layer separately, and increase the capacity by 50% ~ 80%.
