Warranty
1.Please kindly tell us which your country’s voltage is and plug type before purchase.
2.After received instrument please keep the “factory serial number” this is important for after service.
3.so far the Chinese instrument is too cheap, can not afford over sea Maintenance Center.
4.For most of our instrument warranty period is 1 years.
During this period, the machine appear problems, we’ll ask our technical section cover the problems including (trouble shooting guide, photo, video) if this method can not make sense, we’ll ask fast express to take it back to our factory.
5.The international freight(back to CHINA) and repair costs is by both side. But if the machine was broken, like dropping down, getting water or any wrong operation, which are out of our duty.
We promise life long service, if the instruments exceed the warranty period, we will also give advice and good service, but it will charge money for extra spare part.about uscontact elena
