Main equipment
1. Pulping system
Pulper, 5M3,55kw; vibration screen, 1.8m²,5.5kw; consistency controller;mixer; pulp pump;water pump,control cabinet for pulping system,etc.
2. Forming system
Consist of 6 pcs of forming platens and 6 pcs of transfering platen. Platen size: 1450 x 470mm. 4pcs of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on each forming platen(4pcs/cycle).There are 24pcs of forming molds and 24pcs of transfering molds in total. Forming efficiency: 33-34cycles/min;equiped with vacuum auto drain system, preheating system, auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control cabinet.
3. Drying system
Outline dimension:21000x2120x4200mm;6 layers conveying chain;heated concentratedly;one burner with French or Italian brand;The energy for option: LPG,GAS,diesel oil,Equiped with auto control cabinet.The sun can be a very natural drying machine where sunshine is sufficient,which is a energy-saving and cost-efficient way worth investing.
4.Stacking system
The finished products will be counted and stacked automatically after drying.

5.All the water are recycled used in the production and the raw materials is waste paper, so the water should be changed in certain time. For the countries that lack of water, a water purifying system is recommended.
6.The supplier will be responsible for the instuction in installation, test running and training.warranty: 3 years since finishing the installation for free.
