1) Silk Fabrics and Sizes:
Popular Silk Fabric: silk satin, silk twill, silk crepe de chine , silk chiffon, silk georgette, silk habotai, silk/cotton ,silk/modal ,silk wool blend
Weight of silk ranges from 6mm(mommie) to 18mm, depending on the silk fabric selected.
Different silk fabrics can be freely sent to your reference if you are willing to pay the shipping cost
Popular Scarf Size: 55x55cm,70x70cm,90x90cm,110x110cm,140x140cm,55x170cm,70x180cm,70x200cm if customized size, the width should not be more than 140cm,suggest size is 55,70,90cm,more economical
2) Design and Color Matching:
For Designs: Files like JPG,JPEG,PDF,AI,TIFF,PSD and etc are all good, the design should be 150 DPI at least and make sure when zoom in its actual size,
it still can be clear, the designs size should be 2cm+ scarf size (length,width), like 90x90cm scarf, then the size should be 92x92cm
If you have specific need for the color, please offer the pantone color number ,we will try our best to match the colors you want ,but 100% matching can
not be guaranteed as the color on screen is absolutely different from the color on silk scarf
3) Sample Approval and Mass Production:
Sample will be need before mass production, sample cost:35/design, it’s depend on the scarf size, sample time: about 15 days time may have few days delay if factory is busy
Normal mass production time is 20 - 25 days after sample approved, if large quantity is 5000pcs, then the time will need about 30-35 days
4) Printing Methods :
We offer two different ways to print your scarves, digital print and hand screen print.
Silk screens need to be created first to do screen printing, each set of color will need on screen, screen cost: 35/one, if quantity can reach 100pcs and design is not complex, then the screen printing will be suggested
For digital printing, printing is like ink jet printing: what you scan is what we print on the silk. It is more suitable for scarves with complicated and abstract designs in which color tones can be too varied to be managed by screen print. Digital print sample cost: 25-45/design, if the quantity is small, then the digital print will be better
5) Hemming and Tassel:
Hand rolling edge will make scarves be more elegant and beautiful, our hemming workers have more than 15 years experience to make sure high quality hand hemming for the custom silk scarf, and will be no extra cost
Machine stitch is common way to do the stitching. We provide zigzag machine hemming and straight machine hemming
Fringe: we also can provide fringe, the fringe will be about 1-2cm,according to your need
6) Labeling and Packing:
Custom Logo label or standard washing/composition tag will be put on each of scarves customer orders. Custom label can be custom made and put on the scarf with one time fee, 35. Every piece of your scarves will be pack in PP bag individually.
7) Shipping and Delivery:
Unless instructed otherwise, we ship customer's order via DHL with shipping fee prepaid, the DHL will provide door to door service, 3-4 days will send to your hand

Pls follow the steps if you need to do your own designs:
1.First pls advise your size. Here some popular sizes for printing 67*67cm, 90*90cm, 110*110cm, 138*138cm. 53*170cm, 67*180cm2. Then advise fabric wanted. If no idea will offer suggestions3. The send your artworks. Any format is ok, but no less than 150 DPI5. After check your designs, will go ahead with sample6. After you confirm the sample quality, will beigin bulk printing7. Sample time: 10-15days8. Mass order time: 20-25 days
