Biomass waste pyrolysis is the production of combustible gases, charcoal and wood vinegar from biomass under thermal conditions that are isolated from oxygen or little oxygen. The process of producing combustible gas in the biomass thermal decomposition carbonization unit is only the cracking reaction part in the conventional gasification furnace. The carbon in the biomass does not participate in the reaction, as long as it can provide the cracking reaction temperature of 300-600 °C. The reaction mechanism is: the organic macromolecular chain in the biomass is broken into a plurality of small molecules by heat, and the original chemical bond energy is redistributed into various small molecules. These small molecules are separated according to their physicochemical properties, and they are known as "gas, carbon" substances.
