Q: Are you a factory? Where is your factory located?

A:We are 20 years factory since 1999, Singry has 4 factories in East/South China and Vietnam. Biggest factory is in Anhui Province-East China, with 10 automatic Production lines and Over 20.000m2. Nearest airport(Hefei XinQiao Airport), Nearest Station(Hefei South Station), 1.5 hours far from Shanghai.Q: Can I get the sample? How It is cost?

A:Sample is acceptable for us, You have to pay the sample charge and delivery cost, the cost will return to you after your next order.Q: Can I have my own cover or box package?A: Yes, If you need pillow with box, We can separate the pillow and box to load more pillows, Box MOQ is 1000 Pieces. If you need your own cover, need at least 1500 pillows.Q: What kind of fabric you have?We mostly use knitted,Tencel and velvet fabric, If you need your own cover, We accept OEM too.Q: How you package latex sheet/mattress/pillow?A: Latex sheet if thickness less than 3cm, we can package in roll or flat. If thickness over 3cm,We suggest flat package.
Latex mattress can be in roll/vacuum/flat package
Latex pillow regular package is 10 pillows in one carton, If need OEM box,5 boxes in one carton.Q: What's your ETD and nearest seaport?

A: For container order,1 week ETD time, we are close to NanJing Seaport(110km)
